Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you'd like delivery outside the UK or to a BFPO address, please email us at raleighenterprises80@gmail.com before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.

Delivery cost

Free UK delivery on orders over £100. Otherwise UK delivery is £5 for most orders, £3.50 for cards and £10 for heavier orders (over 2.3 kg). Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Collecting on passing out day

If you're attending the passing out parade, you can choose Collect in store (HMS Raleigh) at checkout and collect your order from the shop before the parade. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, so please order at least a day before.

Dispatch

We'll email you when your order is on its way. Personalised items are made for you, so please check your spelling carefully before you order.

Pre-orders

We don't take pre-orders through the website, but we're happy to arrange one by email – for example for passing out day. Email us with what you'd like and when you need it.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or hasn't arrived, email us at raleighenterprises80@gmail.com and we'll help.

You can return unused items within 30 days. See our returns policy for full details.
